The El Paso Regional Economic Development Corporation (REDCo) serves as a confidential, no-fee consultant to business and industry interested in relocating or expanding their operations to the Greater El Paso, Texas area - a region which also includes portions of southern New Mexico and the state of Chihuahua, Mexico. Because we are a non-profit organization funded mostly by the local private sector, we can draw on the extensive expertise and resources of our communities, which includes the most prominent business and governmental leaders in the region. REDCo provides a wide range of professional services including the following:

• Current Data: REDCo provides its clients with current information on such items as community infrastructure, business climate, labor force, workforce training options, taxation, regulation and many other issues relevant to placing an operation in Texas, New Mexico, or Mexico. Most information can be provided in both electronic and hard copy format.

• Industrial Briefings and Orientations: REDCo provides a variety of briefings and orientations to provide clients and consultants with current information, as enumerated above.

• Industrial Tours and Itinerary Development: When a client decides to visit the region to investigate a potential location, REDCo will develop specific itineraries to meet individual client requirements.

• Access to Business Consultants: REDCo can arrange initial, no-fee consultations with a diverse range of professionals licensed to practice in the United States and Mexico - attorneys, custom brokers, bankers, CPAs and other professional experts.

• Access to Government Decision Makers: Our organization has developed solid working relationships with government leaders that can have an impact on the successful implementation of your operation, and can gain ready access to these leaders at the local, state, and federal level.

• Site Selection Analysis: REDCo can quickly obtain and provide customized proposals for existing buildings, build-to-suit facilities and undeveloped land.

• Business Leads: REDCo investigates local business opportunities and can provide listings of potential customers and partners for your business.

• Supplier Assistance: REDCo arranges contact with local support services, suppliers and contract manufacturers who have the ability to provide support for your business.

• Assistance to Site Location Consultants: REDCo will assist site consultants, tenant rep firms, industrial realtors and others with research and itinerary development to support the needs of their clients. These leads will not be shared with other consultants.

• Visitation: At the request of our clients and site location consultants, REDCo will travel to virtually any location to present current information on doing business in our region.
