The FastGIS Real Estate Locator has been designed to serve as an efficient and easy-to-use tool for those interested in finding available commercial and industrial real estate in the El Paso/Juarez bi-national metropolitan area. This tool incorporates the latest ArcGIS 9.3 mapping technology, and allows the user to compare multiple properties by conducting detailed demographic analysis (by distance and drive time radii), locate surrounding businesses, identify size and zoning of adjacent properties, and more. Available properties can be viewed from almost every perspective via aerial photography, street views and bird's eye views. Additionally, we have incorporated elements of Google Mapping, allowing the user to access satellite imagery, detailed street maps, and topographic details.
